“I spent 21 years watching good ideas die inside bad workflows.”
That is the reason I build AI the way I do.
Before this I spent two decades inside operations. I led Workforce Management for large multi-site teams, ran vendor operations across global programmes, and drove CX transformation and COPC consulting at Concentrix across 160+ clients in the Philippines, Australia, Malaysia and China.
That background is not a footnote. It is the product strategy.
Operations teaches you something most software forgets: the tool people open every morning beats the impressive one they quietly abandon in week two. Adoption is not a marketing problem, it is a design problem. So I do not build for the demo. I build for the person stuck at 9pm with a deadline and nobody left to ask.
Muse is one of eight products I have shipped, alongside tools that write and sing original songs, turn photos into short films, generate art, and clean up the unglamorous work nobody enjoys. All of them are free to try in about ten seconds.
CMK & Sons Co. spans two studios. CMK Sons Labs builds the AI. CMKS Records builds the music. Both come from the same instinct: make the thing yourself, ship it, and let real people tell you what is wrong with it.
If you are working on something and want a second brain for an hour, Muse is free and there is no signup. I would genuinely like to hear what you use it for, because that feedback shapes what gets built next.
